Recognition & Use of Name/Logo

SAAR agrees to provide sponsor recognition in good faith based on the sponsorship level selected. Recognition placements, formats, and timing are subject to SAAR's operational schedules and available platforms. Sponsor authorizes SAAR to use their buiness name and/or logo for recognition and promotional purposes during the sponsorship term.

Charitable Status & Tax Receipting

Steinbach and Area Animal Rescue is a registered charitable organization under Registered Charity No: 75580 9092 RR0001. Tax-deductible receipts will be issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines. Where sponsorship benefits include promotional or advertising value, the eligible receipted amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation / Early Termination

Sponsorship commitments are non-refundable once recognition has commenced. In the event the sponsor must withdraw prior to the end of the sponsorship term, SAAR will make reasonable efforts to adjust recognition where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund of benefits already delivered.

Force Majeure / Event Changes

SAAR shall not be held liable for changes, postponements, or cancellations of events or activities due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, public health restrictions, facility emergencies, or acts of God. In such cases, SAAR will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative recognition where feasible.

Amendment

Any changes to this sponsorship agreement must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.

Reputation & Values

SAAR reserves the right to suspend or discontinue sponsor recognition if a sponsor’s actions or public conduct materially conflict with the mission, values, or reputation of Steinbach and Area Animal Rescue.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire sponsorship agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings, whether written or verbal.

Agreement

By signing below, I/we confirm our sponsorship commitment to Steinbach and Area Animal Rescue (“SAAR”) at the level selected above. This sponsorship agreement shall be in effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of signature, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. Sponsorship benefits and recognition will be provided during this term in accordance with the selected sponsorship level.
